SLA's needed !!! [2: ed. amendment]

  On August 31 I sent a message with the following text at the beginning:

  I was putting that together in a bit of a hurry, so the wording used was
  quite sloppy.  As AMRM correctly pointed out (thanks - appreciated!),
  this should have read:
  
  - the RIPE NCC is working for it's members and for the common good of
    the "RIPE Region" Internet (providers, and thus, indirectly users).
    
  I'd also like to grab that opportunity to add that IMHO the NCC is doing
  very well in that respect, and that this is not an "assumption"!
  
  Apologies if I managed to mislead anyone.
