Update from Marina Del Rey: New TLDs

As I wrote,

This is my personal recollection of the legaleese in the actual resolution.

My personal interpretation of this is that the tlds are ideed approved, but
contracts with ICANN still have to be negotiated and again approved by the
board.
My understanding of this is that unless somebody realy screws up the
negotiations
theese will happen.
