My apologies for this. On May 10 Adrian sent the message, which didn't make it to the list - it was too large and bounced to moderator's mailbox. Instead of instantly approving it to the list, I asked Adrian to put the document on the web or ftp and to send a URL to the list - exactly for this reason: to avoid sending big attachments to the list. Unfortunately the answer from Adrian did not come to the moderator, myself, directly. As soon as we received his answer and realised we could best forward the large attachment the message was sent. Unfortunately this caused a delay which with hind sight may have been avoided. We sent the file with a warning, to inform people that the message contained a large MS format attachment.
