Dear Hank, yes, we currently have a longer than usual (and definitely longer than desirable) delay in responding to member's requests for IP addresses and AS numbers. I agree with you that it would have been better to notify the members who are suffering this condition. I would like to apologize for the overlook. Sometimes one gets so focused on reducing the wait time, other duties suffer.
