Allocations for "always-on" ISPs

 Also worth noting - your initial allocation can be larger than a /20 if you
can convince RIPE that it will be needed quickly, and any further allocation
will be of a size representative of how quickly you have used your current
address space.
 Thus, if you burn through a /20 in a week, your next allocation will be
somewhat larger.

 The figures for how quickly you have to go to justify larger address blocks
are, I guess, not published.
