IP allocs on the NAPs/IXs

Hello,

Apologies if this is a FAQ, but I really didn't find any site that contains a
list of IP address allocations/assignments for various Internet exchange
points worldwide. Is there any list of NAP addresses available?

Such a thing would be useful to filter out leaking NAP address announcements
from peers.
