See the admin flowchart: http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/new-mem/flowchart.html Once you get the administrative part out of the way, you can then start on the IP allocations as detailed in the flowchart at: http://www.ripe.net/ripencc/new-mem/flowchart2.html Generally, you should leave anywhere from 2-4 months to complete the entire process, IMHO.
