Related topic - Hostmasters visiting LIRS

Hi
    After reading and thinking about what has been said and what has
more pointedly not been said i would like the answers to a few
questions:

1. What are the qualifications looked for in a hostmaster?

2. What training program is in place to make sure all are kept up to
date with new developments from the ISP/Telco industry (ie cisco courses
etc.)

3. What incentives are in place to encourage hostmasters to increase
their knowledge?


These are serious questions which deserve a careful answer.
