Resent: Allocating a LIR an IP block per use

Bonjour, No you'r not the only one in this case, we have customers with AS number and we are ambarrassed they do not announce there IP because it's icluded in our total agregate IP space, we will be very happy to obtain 2 to 4 ( \23 or \22) for each of them according to there needs, maybe RIPE should help us to find a solution about this situation.
