May I humbly suggest that the appropriate person take whatever legal action
that required against this organisation.

Not only have they been harrassing individuals with their unsolicited
commercial E-mail, based on adresses obtained from Internic and RIPE
databases - now they are even using our own infrastructure to colport their
crap.

I'm usually not a "hang 'em!" type of person - but this time I've had enough.
