IMPROTANT: RIPE22 date change

Due to accomodation problems, the date of the 22nd RIPE meeting had to
be changed from 2-4 October to 11-13 October. We apalogise for any
inconvenience this may cause.

There is no official announcement for RIPE22 out yet, but this seemed
important enough to note already.
