finger for 'handle'

Hi Hakan,

I wasn't very clear on this at the RIPE-meeting; sorry for that.
You can check for the next free handle (using your name as example)
with something like:
	finger handle.hh at whois.ripe.net
Which should give back something like:
	First free handle: HH19-RIPE

Note that this does NOT 'reserve' HH19-RIPE, as discussed in the meeting.

This works with sunos 4.1.3 finger, BSDI 1.1 and 2.0 finger.
