new expiry date for ripe-124

Dear Local IR's,

As you might have noticed the RIPE document ripe-124 (EUROPEAN 
IP NETWORK NUMBER APPLICATION FORM & SUPPORTING NOTES) is expired on 
December, 31st 1994. 
Unfortunately we had no time yet to revisit it carefully.
Since we receive a lot of queries concerning this issue we decided to set 
the expiry date to 30-June-1995 without changing the document. 
The document number did not change either! It is still ripe-124.
We hope we are able to revisit the document during that time.

The document EUROPEAN AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM NUMBER APPLICATION FORM & 
SUPPORTING NOTES (ripe-109) is expired as well. This document is currently 
under revision. We hope we can publish it soon. For the time being ripe-109 
is valid and can be used.
