I get a lot of requests where people ask for 2 additional C-classes.
I claim that the no-network-details-needed-if-asking-for-less-than-
2-C-classes goes for the entire amount of address space... I.e. the
address space already allocated and the address space requested. Thus:

  2
+ 2
= 4
