Procedures for DNS Delegation in the IN-ADDR.ARPA Domain

Some comments on:

The right e-mail address of that particular service, as far as I know,
is inaddr at INTERNIC.NET

To distinguish services I propose to use inaddr at ripe.net for mailing to
the NCC on that subject. (an "in-addr" alias is also useful).
Changes in this document:
>  3.  The delegation of an immediate subdomain of 193.IN-ADDR.ARPA
>      domain  corresponding to a block of 256 class C network numbers
