Dear Mr Gleave, The RIPE NCC is an impartial organisation, so we are not able to recommend any particular service provider to you. We do however keep a mailing list to which any service provider can subscribe, and to which we forward all queries like yours. Someone from the list should be in touch with you shortly. If you have any further queries do not hesitate to contact us. Hi, I've just been checking through several of the documents available on "the Inte rnet" but can't seem to find any information on how to set up a physical connection. I have several customers here in the UK who would like to establish a connectio n (after obtaining official addresses of course). What are the options available to them ? Do they have to negotiate with a local education site (university, college) whi ch has access, or is there a commercial connection service available in the UK ? Are there other options available for private individuals ? I'd be grateful for any advice/pointers. Thanks in advance, John Gleave.
