[irrtoolset]Syntax errors in inet-rtr

   IRRd 2.2.1 has been released on www.irrd.net and fixes
the bug mentioned below.  Further, compatibility with
the RIPE server has been improved so that you can now
use the "-protocol ripe" option with IRRToolSet commands.
In fact, you'll need to use this with IRRToolSet 4.8.2
due to some issues in IRRToolSet with
respect to it's implementation of RADB commands.
