[ipv6-wg] Why did the Google IPv6 statistics dropped for the Netherlands?

In case we believe Google and/or Geoff stats are wrong I believe it's a 
good idea to check other sources. Facebook offers a per country IPv6 
stats (https://www.facebook.com/ipv6/?tab=ipv6_country)
