I see that, but it will work only if the ISP provides a “button” so you can get the prefix changed, or the lease time is so short that you can make sure that rebooting your router you get a new prefix, so I don’t really see that. If the ISP provides the button, then it will work the same for persistent prefixes, so you get the advantages of “both” choices. This will also work for people that still considers persistent prefix = lack of privacy.
