Hi, I'm thinking about using If statement here under Mandatory sections (where needed): "If maintenance and export of flow records is needed, then Netflow 9 [RFC3917], must be supported with sampling rate capability of at least 1 per 1000 packets, at the maximum packet rate of the device."
