[ipv6-wg] LDP over Ipv6

Hi,

I'm quite sure that we, as network operations people, will be discovering
more and more "glitches" in the big vendors IPv6 implementations as we
transit along.
As far as I go, I'm sure we'll be getting very "gray-haired" due to this...
