We had a look at several IP Address Allocation Management tools and found that several of them are already supporting IPv6 in a fairly good way. But as Michael already mentioned, you should also have the possibility to customize these tools to your tasks and your network. Pretty good tools are IMHO INS IPcontrol, Men & MIce, Efficient IP, Incognito and VitalQIP from Alcatel/Lucent. But this may be a subjective feeling.
