If you have any influence over the design of those pages, please get them to fix the silly scrolling system. The scrollbar is too small, and it doesn't behave like a normal scrollbar does (clicking in the scrollbar makes a big jump. PgUp/PgDn don't work). It is simply an inappropriate design for delivering technical information. Alternatively, provide PDF versions of those pages so people can download them and read them without suffering from that silly page design. --Michael Dillon
