Hello all, I have been out of the IP field for a few years so forgive me if my question is about old news, but here it is: Is the decrease in the percentage of used IPv4 space in the United States of America due to other countries increasing their usage and/or the return of unused IPv4 space in the United States of America? Just looking at upcoming usage statistics globally.
