[ipv6-wg] IPv6 news - weekly summary

Hi Bernhard,

I try to compile all what talks about IPv6 in as much as possible objective
way. Some times a small sentence can be significant for some people.
Considering that is why the weekly summary is classified in different
sections, including the "vendor" news at the end.
