[ipv6-hackathon] Pocket Internet Follow-up

Team Pocket Internet,

First of all, a massive thank you for believing in my proposal and working
hard these two days to make it into something that actually works! It was a
great pleasure to hack with all of you and I'm sure our paths will cross
again in the future.

*Please unicast back to me an email reply as I don't have all your
addresses!*

The goal here is to quickly iron out remaining details around opensourcing
the code to a public repo (license, contributor access etc.) and making
sure there's room for continuing to contribute.

For everyone else, please expect a a write-up from yours truly, the full
source, containers and a packaged VM for demo purposes with the setup we
presented at the hack.
