IPMT Bar BOF at RIPE 41

Hi all,

Well, despite the low attendance ( Me, Manuel and 3 non-RIPE NCC people ), 
we had a "lively and informed debate" and the discussions and the notes I 
made from them will definitely help produce a better IPMT. Thanks very much 
to the guys who came.

It was pointed out that there has not been much traffic on IPMT of late. I 
have been busy recently, but behind the scenes, and hope to have some design 
docs for you soon.

I will also do some research to try and improve the "Bar" part of the BOF - 
the drinks at Krasnapolsy were TWICE the price of other Central-Amsterdam 
bars !
