Thank you for this. Timely and useful. I would only add that if people feel concerned then they should engage, from whatever perspective or in whatever configuration they feel appropriate. There have been attempts in the past in somewhat similar circumstances to coordinate and submit RIPE community feedback. I am not clear to what extent they proved effective. On the other hand I believe it could be useful if people shared any thoughts or concerns they may have in parallel with any submission they might make. If a number of submissions make roughly the same point then that can be a good thing?
