Here in SK the number block is clearly visible both in public phone directory
as well as on every invoice, since the record shows less than full number
of digits. Our PBX is listed as (+421) 2571041 and this is exactly how it
was delegated in the ENUM tree. Normalized number length is 9 digits,
so 2 digits are left for extensions.
