The timeout you experienced with DNSMON may have been transient. If
you're still experiencing problems accessing it, please do contact
<dnsmon at ripe.net> with more details, and my Information Services
colleagues will take a look.

DNSMON has no access to any of the servers for any zones, so it can't
know about query rates on any of the servers it probes. Therefore, it
won't provide you with the kind of data that you're asking about.
