[enum-wg] Delegation of +386/6.8.3.e164.arpa completed

Dear colleagues,

the ENUM delegation request for 6.8.3.e164.arpa - +386 is Slovenia's 
E.164 CC - was confirmed by ITU-T TSB yesterday, on 6 Feb 2008.
