[enum-wg] Request for trial delegation of the 2.5.e164.arpa

first of all, let me express my happiness to see that also Mexico 
intends to join in ENUM.

I have a question though, regarding your application - in the 
"SUPPLEMENTAL COMMENTS" section you state:

What kind of technical tests would you think of, where do you see a need 
for further testing? I specifically ask that question having in mind 
that both, Netherlands and the Czech Republic, recently revealed plans 
to go into commercial operations directly, basically leaving out any 
trial phase as they seem to see no need for further trials.
