IMO there is no need for a tarball (note!) until there is a large dataset that needs bulk access and that is generally preferred over fine-grained access. Personally, I would be rather peeved if I was forced to download a big tar file full of irrelevant data to get at the 0.5% that was of interest. Also, the ENUM request data is small -- the odd template or two per delegation -- so the whole subject is probably a non-issue. It would be better if the WG discusses file formats and suchlike once there was a real concern about them. Unless I'm very much mistaken, that point hasn't been reached yet., has it? If nobody's agitating for a solution to this "problem", perhaps it isn't a problem? Having goaded the WG into responding to this troll, I will now stt back and await the flame-fest. :-)
