[enum-wg] Telephone numbers used in ENUM trial

Dear Thu Thuy, In Japan, ENUM trial will use virtual numbers which are NOT in the range of actual use. Government does not like to see numbers that look like actually-used numbers. Thus, 050 or 0AB numbers will not be used in the trial. Trial participants (providers) will be given virtual telephone numbers by the trial secretariat. Those numbers will have prefix 00, which do not exist as currently-used numbers.
