As I understood until now, the participants in the Forum have yet to meet to declare consensus and bless the report. This announcement leaves me surprised and confused. I don't understand how it has appeared at this stage, when the Forum hasn't actually had a meeting since the appearance of the draft report. You're right that we don't have a shop-window web-site.
