Andrzej Bartosiewicz from NASK, the registry for .pl, mentioned the 
agenda of the upcoming COCOM meeting on 15 Dec that may be of some 
interest to you as also ENUM is on it.

If you happen to have any further information what may be meant by 
"Presentations from Member States" - Just the staus quo? (Planned) 
regulatory framework? ...? - please feel free to share it.
