Nicola,

After a closer look at your request, I now realised that this is not a
request for delegation of a domain under e164.arpa. Instead you seem
to request a delegation of a domain name under the top level domain
(TLD) .it. The RIPE NCC is not responsible for domain name delegtions
under country code (cc) TLDs. Please refer to http://www.centr.org for more
information about cc TLDs.
