The delegation was approved to CAT TELECOM on 29/06/05. According to IAB Instructions for operation of the domain e164.arpa (The Instructions) https://www.ripe.net/manage-ips-and-asns/dns/enum/iab-instructions "2.12 The RIPE NCC will conduct periodical checks ... of approved delegations..." Based on this, the RIPE NCC have established that technical set-up of 6.6.e164.arpa delegation of E.164 country code +66 of Thailand became non-functional. Further, we were not able to establish contact with the delegee, CAT TELECOM. We are submitting this revocation request in accordance with the following article of The Instructions: "2.12.1 In case the technical set-up of an existing delegation becomes non-functional, and the assignee has no intentions to restore it (or is unreachable), the RIPE NCC will consider this to be a revocation request, which it will forward to the ITU-T TSB and will announce in accordance with [1.3]." which refers to article "3.5 CC ENUM delegation deteriorated" of the Interim procedures for Geographic Country Codes, https://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/inr/enum/Pages/procedures.aspx Please confirm the receipt of this request. -- Mike Petrusha RIPE NCC -------------------------------- This email is a service from RIPE NCC Support.
