The ITU Telecommunications Standardization Bureau (TSB) objects to this
request because the code in question, 47, has already been delegated and
no approval for a change in delegation has been received from the
concerned country, Norway.
 
Until formal approval is given in writing by the Director of TSB, no
change in the delegation should take place for this code.
