[enum-announce] RE: NCC#2006083462 [1.3.e164.arpa redelegation request]

I am not entirely clear as to what is being requested.

Could you please specify in detail which, if any, fields of the ENUM
delegation you are requesting to change, for example, the Administrative
Contact, or whatever?
