[eix-wg] New version of EIX-wishlist available

Dear EIX-WG members,

A small group of individuals began to generate a new version of the "EIX
Switch Wish List". The draft is now available at

http://homepage.univie.ac.at/~hm/eix-wishlist-DRAFT.pdf

We'd like to make now a step to version 4.0.0. So if you find any
mistakes, please tell us by April 20th (last day of RIPE64 in
Ljubljana) - if you like to add or change something (content/structure)
we'd favour to make that in a version 4.0.1.

Version 4.0.0 will be only one step - as soon as it is published on the
eix-wg webspace we can continue to adopt it according to actual needs
and generate a new version.
