[dp-tf] planning for RIPE55

All,

It'a great idea, of course. Our target is quite different, but could be
useful to draw the inter-dependencies to our community.
Now, we must interface us with RIPE meeting Plenary schedule. Jochem, are
you able to manage in that sense ?
