[dp-tf] Agenda for DP-TF meeting and documentation

Dear all,

Apologies for the late sending of the agenda and the additional documents.

Below the agenda for the Data Protection TF meeting on Monday.
In principle we kept the same format and added an update on the defined 
action items.

The additional documents are:
	- First draft procedure for removal/changing of personal data
	- Proposal for Address structure
	- Proposal Model contract for bulk access
	- Permit required for the bulk access

We can meet at 11 by the registration desk.

200701	The term end user needs to be clarified (action RIPE NCC)

200702	Investigate unreferenced object why/how/who (action RIPE NCC)

200703	Investigate possibility to obtain a public interest permit from 
the authorities for the RIPE Database (action RIPE NCC).

200704	Define what objects will be involved in the complaint procedure 
(action RIPE NCC)

200705	Check with lawyers if not too difficult to request removal 
(action RIPE NCC)

200706	RIPE NCC will write up a procedure for the removal of personal 
data upon request by the data subject (action RIPE NCC),

200707	Verify the layered structure and that RIPE NCC is not responsible 
for notification of data subject (action RIPE NCC).

200708	Wilfried will put the description forward to the WG chairs if 
this is in line with the view of the WGs on the purpose of the RIPE DB (WW)

200709	Action RIPE NCC investigates termination of NRTMs and follow up 
on remaining ones (RIPE NCC).

200710	Verify if is possible to include detecting criminal activities as 
a purpose of the DB (Action RIPE NCC)

200711	Verify with LACNIC on their DB model, how to query other 
Databases (Action RIPE NCC).

200712	Check the acceptable data export countries on the list (Action 
RIPE NCC)

200713	Check if restricted access is needed when transferring data 
(Action RIPE NCC)

200714	Wilfried will verify with the security folks if this is expected 
behaviour for irt objects (Action Wilfried).

200715	Check when during the RIPE meeting the presentation of the DP-TF 
update will take place (Action Wilfried (WG chairs) and Jochem (Rob 
Blokzijl)).
