We would now like to inform you that this agreement is now availabe on RAIN in the section "Tools/Authenticated Whois", which also contains Schedule A, the technical schedule. The agreement describes the conditions and terms on the basis of which it is possible to access the data in order to carry out the modifications of the Maintainer and modifications of the Registrant relating to a domain name and to modify the domain names and the contact details associated with the domain names. Upon signing of this agreement, the Maintainer is nominated responsible for processing data and this role will be made public on the Registry's website in compliance with D.Lgs. 196/2003. The technical schedule (Schedule A) contains the characteristics of the service and the means with which it is possible to access the authenticated Whois service". It also outlines the security measures that the Maintainer must observe when using this service. Schedule B, which is referred to in Schedule A is only applicable to Maintainers whose registered offices are in a non EU country and who are considered by the European Commission as not being adequate in terms of data protection, in compliance with the general authorization of the Guarantor of 10 April published in G.U.
