[dnssec-key-tf] revised presentation for DNS WG tomorrow

Here's an updated presentation taking into account the comments from  
Daniel, Joao and Marcos. I have left the text of the letter in as a  
convenience to myself: in case I need to refer to it during questions.  
The actual presentation will stop at slide 7. I'm sending this now in  
case tomorrow's IPv6 experiment has "interesting" effects on  
connectivity. :-)
