I think so. Thanks Daniel. Although it looks like we have a consensus,  
I would like to hear from the other (silent) members of the TF.

So since Daniel made me TF Chair, I have made an executive  
decision. :-) Unless there are any objections or amendments by Friday,  
I will declare TF consensus on Daniel's latest text on Monday. It will  
then go to the DNS WG for endorsement.
