to clarify: it started as a nit about consistent wording.  "TAR" is a
more or less commonly used term these days and that's why I prefer it
over 'registry' or even 'DS key registry'.
One could also argue that the trust anchor repository indeed isn't a registry
but collects attributes ofg another registry.  No big issue, though.
