Hi,

I got the attached from the IANA.  Apologies for not sending it on
earlier.  Was a little too busy in the last few days.  This is a plea
for requirements.  Now is the time to reduce the set of 11 points we
came up with earlier to the ones relevant to a repository run by IANA
and send it on.  My feeling is that this is going ahead unless the ICANN
board gets its wires crossed.  I have done everything I can (pun
unavoidable) to avoid the latter by informing (ex-)board members of the
importance and appropriateness of this. 

Can we have a timely discussion about the requirements to send on by
e-mail, or do I get to pick and chose and ask for ratification later ;-). 

If all goes well we may even declare success in Berlin and clse this TF.
