Thanks Daniel for this kind offer. I have asked the NCC meeting  
people about the state of communications in the Kras at the time that  
they have allocated for us and expect to get a response shortly. That  
will allow us to make a decision on where and when we meet.  
Personally speaking, I would prefer there to be fewer variables and  
options to consider because it reduces the amount of cat-herding.  
Which is already quite tricky with all the other things that go on  
around a RIPE meeting.
