[dnssec-key-tf] physical meeting at RIPE 55- again!

Gents, there has been a deafening silence about the prospect of us  
holding a physical meeting at RIPE 55. Do we want/need this? The  
meeting organisers are looking for a definite answer from us. This  
helps them with the logistics of booking rooms for all the groups who  
need meeting space at RIPE 55.

So here's the deal. Unless there's a clear view from the TF by the  
end of this week, I will tell Nick on Friday evening that we won't  
need meeting space.
